St. Chad’s Academies Trust
As the Chief Executive Officer of St Chad’s Academies Trust I am delighted to welcome Brewood Church of England Middle School and St Mary’s Wheaton Aston Church of England First School into the family of St Chad’s.
The Trust has enjoyed and benefitted from a long standing partnership with the federation and we are delighted to have formalised that fruitful partnership further. As the Diocesan Multi Academy Trust for the Lichfield Diocese our Christian values underpin all that we do to improve outcomes and life chances for the children in our care. Our focus is and will always remain ‘Children First’
There are now nineteen academies within the Trust. Principals and staff work closely together to share good practice, support each other in times of need and make every day an inspiring learning day for our youngsters.
I hope to meet many of you in the future and spend more time with the wonderful youngsters at Brewood and St Mary’s who are such a delight. We will value your contribution as parents to both support your children’s learning and help us to be the best we can be!

All children have the right to the best education that can be provided
All academies can improve to become good and outstanding
All children and young people in our care have an entitlement to spiritual care and guidance
Every academy will champion the ethos, values enabling children to clearly identify themselves as children of God
All staff have access to well-planned, bespoke professional development to meet the needs of the academy and the individual
All staff and Local Academy Committee members have access to support for their spiritual welfare
Partnership and collaboration with and between academies will bring about significant improvement in the education of all children in our care
As we follow Christ in the footsteps of St Chad, we pray that the St Chad’s community, in our family of schools, encounters an environment that is rooted in our Christian values, know, understand and love each other’s communities and isexcited to find God at work already in the world.
